1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Balloon Studio's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Services

The Balloon Studio provides balloon decoration services for various events including but not limited to:

• Birthday parties
• Weddings and engagements
• Anniversary celebrations
• Corporate events
• Baby showers
• Kids parties
• Custom themed events

3. Booking and Confirmation

To book our services:

• Submit an inquiry through our website, WhatsApp, or phone
• We will provide a detailed quote within 24-48 hours
• Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment
• A booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email

4. Payment Terms

Our payment policy:

• Advance Payment: 50% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking
• Balance Payment: Remaining 50% is due on the day of the event, before setup begins
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash
• Custom Orders: Large or custom orders may require different payment terms

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy:

• 7+ days before event: Full refund of advance payment (minus 5% processing fee)
• 3-7 days before event: 50% refund of advance payment
• 48-72 hours before event: 25% refund of advance payment
• Less than 48 hours: No refund (advance is forfeited)
• Date changes: One free date change allowed if requested 72+ hours before original date (subject to availability)

6. Setup and Takedown

Service includes:

• Professional setup of all decorations at your venue
• Setup time varies based on complexity (typically 2-4 hours before event)
• Venue access must be provided at the agreed time
• Takedown service included (within 2 hours after event ends, or next morning for late events)
• Client must ensure safe storage of decorations if takedown is scheduled for next day

7. Venue Requirements

Client responsibilities:

• Obtain necessary permissions from venue for balloon decorations
• Inform us of any venue restrictions in advance
• Ensure electricity access if required for lighting/inflatables
• Provide a covered/indoor space or backup plan for outdoor events
• Clear the decoration area before our team arrives

8. Weather and Force Majeure

For outdoor events, extreme weather conditions may affect balloon decorations. We recommend having an indoor backup plan. In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full refund.

9. Liability

While we take utmost care in providing our services:

• We are not liable for damage to decorations caused by venue conditions, weather, or third parties
• Balloons may deflate naturally over time; this is not a defect
• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to balloon materials
• Our liability is limited to the total service amount paid

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of The Balloon Studio. Photos of our work may be used for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

11. Service Area

We primarily serve Ahmedabad and surrounding areas within a 50km radius. Services outside this area may incur additional transportation charges. Please inquire for locations outside our primary service area.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
